Grate and blend cassava
Leave to ferment for 2 days.
Put the dough of the placali in a saucepan, add water and mix until the consistency is liquid and then set aside.
Before cooking remove the water that has formed on the top of the pan.
Put the pan on the heat and cook with a wooden spoon until the preparation becomes compact.
Cook for 5 mins and serve hot.
You can taste the placali with different sauces
