Easy to make Ablo.
if you overcook, it will turn orange
Add 1 cups WARM water to the Ablo flour and mix thoroughly.
Covered with a wet towel and place in a warm area for 20 – 30 min. (Between 68 F and 100 F). After that time, the mixture should be airy, lighter and double size.
Add a pinch salt mix again.
Poor in 10-12 cupcake mold (filled 3/4). Let it rise to the top (for about 15 mins or so).
Steam the dough for about 15-30 minutes or until it becomes firm and will hold a shape when molded.
Allow to cool enough to handle, remove the Ablo from the mold and serve.
