Dibi, a Senegalese dish consisting of roasted meat, usually lamb, that has been seasoned, grilled, and cut into pieces. It is typically served with grilled onions, mustard, and bread. Dibi is commonly prepared and sold by street vendors or can be purchased in small, minimal eateries called dibiteries.

Dibi Lamb Recipe
Ingredients:
1 kg. lamb cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp Dibi Seasoning
1/4 cup vegetable oil
salt to taste
1 onion medium, finely chopped
1/4 cup mustard grainy French
Instruction:
Marinate the lamb with 1 tspb Dibi Seasoning Dibi Seasoning. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Preheat the grill to high. Wrap the lamb in 5 parchment papers tightly.
Grill the wrapped lamb for 30-40 mins.
Carefully make an opening and add the onion. Grill for another 10 mins.
Mix the mustard, oil and the rest of the dibi seasoning.
Transfer the meat to serving plates with the onion and mustard sauce on top.
Serve with a french baguette
