Akassan Zogbon Recipe:
Ingredients
3 cups water
2/3 cup Akassan
Sugar to taste
Pinch of salt (optional)
Roasted peanut (optional)
Powdered milk (optional)
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the Akassan in rain while stirring.
Cook for 7-10 mins. Add the salt.
Remove from the fire and add the sugar and the milk.
Add the roasted peanut. You can enjoy with some Botokoin (Puff Puff) if desired.
