Sorghum Zogbon Recipe:
Ingredients
3 cups water
1 cup Sorghum
Sugar to taste
Pinch of salt (optional)
Yogurt (optional)
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the Sorghum in rain while stirring.
Cook for 7-10 mins. Add the salt.
Remove from the fire and add the sugar and on top of the yogurt.
